The Replenishment

The Replenishment is the perfect options for those who have been enchanted with a previously purchased Luxe Signature fragrance, and want to revisit it all over again...

The Benefits:

• Reduce waste
• A great way to reuse the stunning glass and replenish your favourite hand-blended Alchimie scent
• Save on refills and reduce packaging costs

What is included:

• A full refill of your favourite fragrance (glass vessel, wooden wick, luxury fragrance, coconut soy wax), without packaging or cork lid
• Same fragrance as previously purchased using the same purchasing account

How to order:

• From the options, select your previously purchased fragrance that you wish to refill and the quantity (make sure you use the same account as your original purchase, or note on the checkout page which event you purchased your Luxe candle and the date
• Ensure you have your original glass, that it has been cleaned and ready to swap
• We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours highlighting our next event for your Replenishment collection
• Attend a market event to swap your empty for your new Replenishment with your previously purchased vessel with the wax removed and glass cleaned
• Please note: if you are not able to attend any upcoming market events and would like to purchase a refill, please email us at hello@alchimie.au 

Important information:

• Please allow a minimum of two weeks notice for orders as we will make your Replenishment by request
• The refill fragrance is the same fragrance you originally purchased
• We cannot accept any Luxe glass vessels that are damaged or have been chipped (glass will be checked at event)
• Your new Replenishment candle will be wrapped in our acid free recyclable and biodegradable tissue paper and ready for collection at the agreed upon market
