All orders are processed and packed with love within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
Postal delays can occur due to disruptions and other environmental factors, and we do ask that you factor in these circumstances when ordering.
 
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $10.00 flat rate Australia-wide shipping for all orders through our preferred couriers and free shipping on all orders over $150 Australia wide.
 
International Shipping
We offer standard international shipping through Australia Post based on weight:

UNITED KINGDOM - Delivery time estimate: 6-12 business days

UNITED STATES - Delivery time estimate: 6-10 business days

NEW ZEALAND - Delivery time estimate: 8-12 business days

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@alchimie.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We ship to PO Boxes Australia wide.
 
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@alchimie.au with your order number, photos of the item’s condition and a description of the events.
